Organic strawberries

If this was a perfect world, we would eat only organic food, but the world isn’t perfect. Eating fruit is healthy and useful, but eating organic fruit is even better. Strawberries are generally excellent for eating. They look good and they are delicious. Beside those benefits, strawberries contain high levels of antioxidants and they are low on sugar. This means they are healthy, and can be used in any diet! When we add benefits of organic farming, which means no pesticides and environmental pollutions, strawberries are just perfect.

The best thing about them are recipes for strawberries. In any recipes where strawberries are used, that meal is just delicious. One of the recipes is Strawberries with mascarpone whipped cream. You will need: 16 organic strawberries, ½ cup mascarpone cheese, ¼ cup heavy cream, 2 tablespoons of sugar and 1 tablespoon vanilla. Instructions are easy. All you need to do is to: cut the strawberries lengthwise on 4 pieces, stopping just before the knife cut through whole strawberries, so they stay intact. In a medium bowl, mix mascarpone cheese, sugar, vanilla and heavy cream. You must use an electric mixer, because mixture must be smooth and thickened. Put the mixture in a plastic bag and cut off one corner. Using this bag fill the strawberries with cream! You will need 15 minutes to make this meal!

This was just one of the many meals you can make using strawberries. A common thing for all meals made with strawberries is their taste, it is just perfect! Ice cream is especially good with strawberries.
