Everyone loves mac and cheese. Whether your 7 or 70, mac and cheese can be a side dish or staple for just about any meal. Not only is mac n cheese versatile, but there’s lots of different ways to make it. Here are just a few of them.

 

Bacon Mac

This is a very simple method to make mac and cheese delicious. All this recipe requires is cooking your bacon and your mac n cheese separately, then crumble the bacon on top of the mac n cheese before mixing it together. It should be creamy and crunchy, and the bacon adds an irresistible flavor to the dish.

 

Tomato Soup Mac n Cheese

This is a simple but delicious recipe to add a little extra comfort to your mac n cheese. Add marinara sauce and tomato paste to the mixture for an especially unique taste.

 

Anchor Steam Mac n Cheese

Sauté shallots and garlic and cook until golden. Whisk in flour and cayenne pepper. Gradually whisk in ½ cup of beer and cook for 1 minute. Whisk in 1/4 cup half and half cream and 1 tbsp. of mustard. Bring the pasta to a boil and cook until thickened.

Transfer to a baking dish and bake until golden brown, for about 15 minutes.

 

Creamy Mac n Cheese

Here is another mac n cheese recipe that’ll knock your socks off. Instead of cheddar cheese, use camembert and brie for the sauce for an extra creamy texture and delicious taste.
