Try red wine to burn fats if you are Over-weight

A study has found that consumption of red grape juice or wine helps in improving the condition of health of overweight people by burning fats at a faster pace. The researchers also said that the chemicals that are present in the dark coloured grapes cannot guarantee you a miraculous weight loss. The Oregon State University, US claimed that these compounds can be held responsible for improving the body weight. It burns fats especially of areas near liver and helps in improving the function of liver in the overweight people. Shay added that if a proper diet strategy had to be implemented to reduce accumulation of fat in the region where livers are located then use of grapes can be really very effective.

It was also exposed that the liver and the fat cells of the human beings can be used to extract four natural chemicals in the Muscadine grapes. These grapes are dark red in colour and belong to the south – eastern part of the United States. One of the potential chemical, ellagic acid is known for slowing down the growth of existing fat cells and also develops new ones. It also enhances the metabolism of the fatty acids in the liver cells. This diet plan was also experimented with rats. The mice that were on normal diet contained only 10 percent fat while the ones who had unhealthy food contained 60% fats. The ellagic acid serves to be a powerhouse in the experiment and it lowers the blood sugar.
