Consume less sugar to live more

Today’s hectic schedule and timing is not new to the rising number of obese incidences and tiring lifestyle. What you eat and diet also forms on of the major reasons as to how you shape your life. Thus, consuming more sugar can make you more prone to a deadly disease affecting many in the States. According to a statistics report, 29.1 Million people or 9.3% of the population In the United States suffer from diabetes. The diagnosed number goes up till 21.0 million people and 8. 1 million people still remain undiagnosed of this issue.

It becomes very important to know at this stage, how necessary it is to be aware of the food that we consume. Though the blog talks about the ill-effects of diabetes, there are many other health hazards which grapple our lives, which can affect the longevity of our lives. Most of the respondents even faltered to know the type 2 diabetes, a type which has endangered many Americans and people abroad. The people suffering from Type 2 diabetes are the worst affected. There is hardly a solution or cure for this and thus, one fails to recuperate from this dramatic and deadly disease.

It is better to be aware than sorry. It is better to know what we eat than regret later. It is better to give up on laziness, make yourselves wake up and walk that extra mile instead of opting for a transport vehicle. Life is all about our choices, and so if we chose better now, we will be able to see a better future.

Thus, consuming less sugar only seems to be the solution.
