Since cooking is an everyday task,one must look into the fact that the food which is cooked is hygienic and nutritious for the person taking it. It must contain a sufficient amount of Carbohydrates, Fats, Proteins,Vitamins ,Minerals and water.
Normally cooking is done by heating process, otherwise baking, roasting, frying, grilling, barbecuing, boiling and steaming etc. are certain other methods of cooking. Microwave is one invention in Science which has made these processes easy ,safe and less time-consuming. There are many varieties of food stuffs in market which are ready to eat and can be cooked in few minutes in microwave .So this has made life simpler even for those who avoid cooking by heat or people working individually ,who have no time to cook food . Now- a –days ,when a lot of adulterants are coming up in market ,food quality at restaurants have decreased at a faster rate ,so most of the people prefer cooking at home only.
