How the Internet Affects on Kids

Every person uses the internet. It is useful and can be great fun. But, this means that many children use the internet as well. For grown up, internet cannot be a problem, because their brains are already developed. But, young minds are still developing, and in this time is important to control what child see and do. In real life is easy to control this, but on the internet is impossible. 87% of teachers in the US think that the internet is responsible for a distracted generation!

On the other side there are no records that the internet is bad for your child. Contrarily, there are some reports that were positive in case of child’s internet use. Those kids were better informed, and more active on class. Normal use of internet of children age 14-24 can have a positive effect on them, so their interest in sports is better, and because they often chat over the internet, their social skills are improving. But this is a case where internet was used normally. One study in 2013 found that only 5% of adolescents use internet excessive, but today that number is much higher. Generally, internet is affecting on our children. Adolescents today have different skills than several years ago, because of a modern age. For example their knowledge of technology and gadgets is much higher, but some practical knowledge is lower. There was one example where brother and sister was chatting every day over a smartphone, but they don’t talk, to each other!

There are more drawbacks of the internet. The main reason is, internet isn’t safe for young children, because there are many pedophile online! So, control actions of your child on internet.
